How to Clone a PC to a Laptop

Migrate everything you have from my current Desktop PC to the new Laptop.
This same process applies if you are cloning a PC to PC , PC to Laptop. Note: Laptop to laptop will not work because at this time this program does not clone via USB to SATA cable . Just make sure you follow the check list.

Check list:
1. Make sure the Laptop is compatible with the OS you are cloning.
2. If you are cloning a 64bit OS. Make sure the Laptop is 64 bit compatible compatible
3. Some licenses may have to be re-entered/ re-activated. like "Office and Windows"
4. Drive Copy Advanced is not free!!!!

Once I clone the hdd to the ssd and install it in a new pc - do I have to re-activate Windows 10? Maybe it's re-activates itself once online?

Hello nice tutorial but what about the drivers like, sound card driver, cpu driver, graphics card driver etc. Follow up questions is it necessary to have the same specs when cloning the os 10 do i need to reactivate the windows 10 licence?. Thank you

Hello Mr. "AvoidErrors': Thanks so much for making this video! Can one use a WD External USB Hardrive to hold the image? Moreover, can this also be done "Desktop to Desktop" (assuming everything is compatible)? I have an 2008 Acer Desktop that I want to clone to a newer 2021 Acer Desktop or HP Laptop. The older PC has Windows 7 and the newer ones have Windows 10 (which I'm not a fan of which is why I want to clone the other OS and desktop config). Let me know your thoughts.

I have 2 laptop.
Both are different users.
If I perform an action say open control panel in laptop 1, the same thing should happen in laptop 2 (like simultaneous, concurrent, mirror functioning).

can't you just copy the files partitions and keep all the settings when reinstalling windows on another ssd and copy from the other ssd to fresh installed windows😢

So basically Windows 10 doesn't restrict itself to a single PC like it's clumsy predecessors. Instead, it much prefers the end-user to have a licensed copy & a compatible (modern) PC. KUDOS‼️ Will cloning W10 work with a RAID to non-RAID setup or vice versa?
