Once you file the complaint with BBB trying to remove the negative collection from your credit report. Replied back to BBB request for me to sign a document stating it's for privacy reason, if it's OK to share what they have with BBB. Should I sign that document? Because BBB said I have 10 days to respond back. What should I do?
