I have two judgements against me (I never received the court notices) they sued AFTER the statue of limitations! I am disputing both!
If I make a complaint what do you think will happen?!

What do you when they violate the FCPA? I received several calls from a "collections dept", only have one account with MCM. They have said that if I don't pay there will be a sheriff to arrest me or they will use the "search & destroy dept." to find me.

What about a bank that has never foreclosed on a property, for ten years and continues to report it as late every month. Can they just own me for the rest of my life? They sent me a 1099 washing their hands of it in 2009. I cant have a bank account, a credit card, I live like an illegal alien in my own country. For the last ten damn years.

The CFPB did nothing to help me. I asked MCM to validate which they did not properly do, so filed with CFPB. All they did was send me the collector's response, as in "Here is the Co.'s repsonse."
