Rescuers save girl trapped outside six-story building in east China

An 11-year-old girl was rescued by firefighters and police after getting trapped outside the sixth floor of an apartment complex in Ningbo City of east China's Zhejiang Province on Sunday. After receiving emergency calls, several police officers arrived at the scene and saw the girl trapped on the outer wall of the building between the fifth and sixth floors. They held on to the girl tightly until firefighters arrived to complete the rescue.

Looks like those are older buildings built 40~50 years ago, when burglary and break-in crimes were very common back then. But still, I am amazed to see caged balconies on every level...😱
