3.5g Carbs
2g Fiber
1.5g NET CARBS
5.5g Protein

1.5g NET CARBS

The Macros DO NOT include the “carbs” from Swerve. Swerve has 0 calories, so it should be tracked as 0 carbs. The FDA makes food companies list “sugar alcohols” as carbs, but that doesn’t mean they should be tracked as such. That’s why it’s ALWAYS important to look at the calories of sweeteners and determine the true carb count FROM THE CALORIES!

Gosh these came out amazing! You are by far the best “real keto chef” out there!!! Thank you for also mentioning not to substitute the swerve. I made some other muffins and they came out overly sweet, from another recipe, not yours. Every time i try another recipe from someone else, i find my self always coming back to your! Thank you again!! You are amazing!!

I just have to say that I made these yesterday. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being an exact banana muffin and one being nothing like a banana muffin I would give it an 8.5 it was pretty damn close. Awesome. This is one of the things that I was missing on keto.

I changed the banana extract to a caramel extract and used Walden Farms caramel syrup. Kept the walnuts in the recipe. Really good muffin!!!!

Not a fan of banana, so I switched out the banana extract with
almond extract. My batter was not thick and the muffins needed 35 minutes to cook through. They are amazing! Moist and absolutely delicious! Thank you so much!

Edit: just made these!!! AMAZING!!! Thanks for the recipe! I added greek vanilla yogurt instead of sour cream because I didn't have any and topped them with sweet cream cheese and walnuts!

Omg I just tried making these muffins and they taste AMAZING !!!! You cannot even tell the difference from the real ones. My husband even ate 2 of them and said how delicious they were. He’s not doing keto and he loved them. You have to try this recipe. Amazingggg can’t wait to try other recipes

Mmm that looks so good, can’t wait to try that! I’ve been doing keto on and off for the past 3 months now I am officially on track thanks to your videos it’s been two weeks and I’ve lost 7lbs!!! I haven’t even been tempted to cheat, the other day I ordered 2 protein style patties from in n out and they gave me buns by accident I just tossed out the buns didn’t even consider eating them.
