I understand wanting to DIY some stuff to cut costs, but when it’s skincare a lot of people don’t realize how unsafe it is or how quickly the product spoils without industrial preservatives! It’s best to leave some things to professionals 😅

My only issue with sunscreen is it makes me sweat. But then so do body lotions and moisturisers. The frustrating part with sunscreen is it's impossible for me to tell when I should reapply and if it stays on long enough to be of use to me. Which is why I just stay inside 😂😂

I wish north America would have the same kind of regulations for sun screen. If you have sensitive skin it can be hard to find quality spf!

Oh my god, if my selfmade deodorant sucks, I might stink a little, but if my selfmade sunscreen sucks, I might get cancer….such a dumb idea.

Hi ny spray sunscreen is heterogeneous. Some of the paticles settle down and I'?m left with transparent liquid on top that i spray. So should i shake it and apply or the transparent one is enough

I kind of recently started doing a version of DIY. I’ve had a terrible time finding tinted sunscreen that is wearable so now I mix a few different t shades and a little bit of lotion (Vanicream) to make it spread easier. So 90% of my “diy” is actually sunscreen. I’m aware this may create skip areas but I mix it thoroughly and apply a few coats. I have to say, it makes my skin look amazing but I am worried I’m not getting effective upf.

I love your content but I'm already set with a sunscreen routine and ingredients I can use. I'd like to recommend that for every sunscreen you debunk you recommend 3 that are adequate. There are literally people afraid of sunscreen these days. This would help.
