FIX: Remove Shadow or Drop Shadow Desktop Icons on Windows 10

This issue will display a drop shadow below the text of the icons on your desktop. This might make that same text unreadable, and you will have a hard time differentiating letters from one another. The shadows by themselves are one of the many visual customization options that come with Windows, but this is a problem that means that no matter what you change in the settings, the shadows are there.

Thank you it worked! The first 37 seconds got rid of the shadow at the bottom of my monitor.

Here's my issue:

This shadow thing is VERY SMART, it makes a shadow over texts, icons, etc (Not pictures though, it just smudges the pictures by 0.5% or probably everything) the icons and texts seemed to be smudged like 0.1%
It happened to me after I switched to a new monitor. It makes me think that this monitor is from around 1990s or 2000s when it's made on 2019.

I used this video for activating the drop shadow effect. I come from Mac OS X and it gives it a relatable feel and it makes it easier to adapt. Thanks. Consider updating the video title to fit both uses.

It didn't work out. Laptop display shows pink shadow of anything that just closed. For example i click pc properties and close the tab but it shows the complete properties window and disappear after some time.. any solution for this problem itis touch screen laptop?
