I didn't realize the 80% performance update wasn't included with Aberration. That's really disappointing. I was more excited about the optimization than Aberration itself. It really looks a mixed bag of an upgrade over ASE's version of Aberration anyway. Looks like I'll put Ascended on hold until November and switch back to ASE in the meantime. 😁

What we are experiencing on ps5 is crashing almost every time you open your inventory

I was struggling so hard to figure out how to make the map playable, and this helped a bunch! I still have occasional stutters and frame drops, but it's at least playable. Thank you!

Yeah, can't do if you crash instantly upon spawn. 13 times in a row.😢

Tried the other maps like island after this update. On PS5 50 percent of the vegetation is GONE lol. Not only that but the grass also loads in and out with extremely hard stutters as you move or look around. Oh and t.maxfps doesn't do anything any more so you can forget a steady fps period.

6000+ series AMD cards are broken. Most are just crashing on map launch. They claim they are working on a Fix but nothing for 12 hours.

This update has made performance worse on PS5 even with the commands. There's insane input lag and stuttering everywhere. Not just on abb. PvP cross play is now pointless.

The game crash during the loading, only happening on aberration, every other map work fine

I love what they did with the QoL changes to Ark and making the game more visually appealing. My issue is it has the same bugs and the graphic updates without being optimized to anything but a NASA computer is making the game unenjoyable. Everything will be fine and then an update has me scrambling to fix what they fixed. It's so annoying. I'm about to reinstall ASE until they finish "fixing" ASA.

I need help.
For some time now, my game has felt like it's broken. When I join a game, firstly, I have complete lag on my 3060 Nvidia and secondly, my game feels like it's broken and is giving me a light spectacle level, I have no idea. I just want to play Ark and everything is flickering and shimmering so that the game is almost impossible to play and I'm going blind😭.

I have never been able to play. From release my game will freeze or crash on character creation. I just tried to give it another shot since release to try out abb and I hit character creation and boom... froze....

This video is not how to fix your graphics, it's How to make your graphics card to run an unfinished, unoptimized and unsynchronized game. People paid $2K +/- a couple of hundreds for the gpu alone and can't max out the settings. No game should require you to lower the settings on the best performance card of today.

If you can post video on how to remove the sparkles effect on Aberration and lightpets...would help alot...Admin commands

Turn off the VSync in the settings. On scorched earth, I was around 70-80 fps. After the Aberration map down load. My character on the center map had 30 fps. It was horribly bad. I turned off VSync, and my fps is now over 120 on the center map.

i have a 3060 graphics card and a ryzen 7 5700x with 32 gigs of ram i play other games with no problems of fps but on asa i legit only get 6 fps with ini and dlss and low graphics ive tried uninstalling and other settings in files i have friends who have wayyy worse pcs than me getting 100 fps i dont understand
