Thank you for this! I have been suffering with some over the top anxiety lately and haven't painted in what feels like 100 years. This is the best tutorial I have ever watched, you actually give tips on how to make it better, like telling us about layering instead of showing what you do for the first layer and then cutting to where it suddenly looks much better and leaving us clueless on how you got there

I just started painting 3 days ago by accident painting with my 8 year old and every time I have done art in my life it’s horrible. Somehow I am slightly good. My goal was to practice and get familiar with the acrylic paints and learn how to use them and the brushes so I could do this one. Just listening to this helped me learn how to use them better. I just finished this and I am incredibly impressed with myself but I’m proud. I’m 36 and it’s never too late to learn something. It’s not as good as yours, you were right the “waves” were difficult but the highlight and sparkles saved it. I have been praying for something to come along and help me distract my mind since my husband died and I have finally found it. I can’t wait to paint again tomorrow night. I’ve painted every night since Friday! I hope you have more tutorials like this. I definitely plan on signing up for your videos in full. I NEVER do that kind of stuff. But I’m seriously hooked.
