I got a letter from consulate after 4 and a half months in AP . Stayed there is no waiver for your ineligibility but you may apply to DOS for permission to entry . Do they mean to apply for an i212 ? Isn’t called a waiver as well. Kinda confusing, your comment is appreciated .
