-How to dress for various occasions, for example what does it mean when someone says smart-casual.
-Definitely how to pick good fruit and vegetables, I dump so much uneaten produce each week because things become unusable too quickly.
-Simple meals to cook for yourself when you live alone and also how to portion food for one person, I always cook too little or too much.
Keep up the great work, I love this channel!

I have personally enjoyed all of the relaionship-y topics (dealing with family, making friends, dating, and the like). Sometimes I feel like I slept through that social class. And thank you for making all of your videos upbeat and positive. It means a lot to hear someone say 'it's okay if you haven't gotten the hang of it yet' and 'don't despair, you're a good person.' :)

I'd like to suggest covering some "Advanced Level" topics. Like take some of the things you've done before and do follow-ups to talk about things you didn't cover in the original video that are for more advanced skill levels. You have some great videos on topics that I think people might want to know more about.

Also, here are some more ideas, off the top of my head, of varying quality, and which maybe you did already and I missed: how to pick a doctor or dentist, how to navigate health insurance on a very basic level (since so many of us have it now after never having it before), how to take care of houseplants, how to take care of pets, putting together a care package for someone who is sick, what to say and do (and not say and do) when someone you know is seriously ill, how to rent vehicles for different purposes (which is particularly tough for the under-24 crowd), how to choose an apartment or a roommate or a room to rent, how to interview for a job, how to keep a job once you have it (how to be a good employee, which is not like being a good student), how to make good coffee, how to go grocery shopping...

Sorry this is long, I am a confused puppy:

- Some basic cooking tips if y'all haven't done that yet!
- Figuring out dress codes to events that don't specify but rather expect you to know, if that makes sense. Also, what is "semi-formal"? What is "formal"?
- Choosing a college/university
- How to network (I'm always told things will be "good networking opportunities" but I'm not sure how to navigate those situations)
- How much should someone expect to pay for [cars, mattresses, houses, refrigerators, house phones, cable]?/How much money is too much for a [aforementioned thing]?
- Where do certain clothes get stored (Closet vs. Folded in drawer)
- How to transition from small-talk to Real Conversation & how to end conversations (especially ones stuck in small-talk)

Thanks for a year of great videos! Looking forward to the next year(s)!

I'd love it if you could do a video on how choose a
I moved really far away from home, and any doctor I went to was someone my parents took me to starting at a young age. Moving far away means I couldn't use the doctors I grew up with anymore. In trying to find my own dentist and doctors I've had some bad experiances, and I don't even know how to set up just a general check up appointment. Do I go to a clinic? Hospital? What if I work 9-5 and can't take time off? Would love some help please!

A topic that I'd like to see, and one I could help you make as well, is understanding health insurance: how does it work, what is the terminology, what is the difference between a PPO and an HSA, etc. (I have worked for two different insurance companies and I have a good grasp on the finer details that can help explain things.)

How to do office politics/office socialisation.
How to own a dog/cat/fish - maybe colab with animal wonders but in how to adult style.
How to update your wardrobe to adult style.
How to organise your office.
How to home DIY - shelves, tap washers, picture hooks, clogged drains, glue broken things etc
How to car things - tire pressure, change a tire, check oil/water, wash car, get vomit out.
How to host a dinner party.

Congrats on the first year! I remember when I first heard the Vlogbrothers announcement about the show I was so excited because this type of channel seemed totally needed on here. Definitely lived up to expectations and beyond.

Congratulations on an amazing year! This channel is fun, informative, and relevant even for those who are already adults! Some things that might help young adults, that is to say things I would have found helpful when I was a young adult, are
- planning menus for nutrition and comparison shopping for groceries
- tips on finding groups of like-minded individuals (volunteer groups/hobbyists/book clubs. . . how does one find these people? not just making friends, but finding specific types of folks)
- learning (getting around, becoming acquainted with) a new city (*having moved a lot to many cities, some in foreign countries, in the last few years, I can say there is a dearth of 'getting started in a new city' information visibly out there. I'm not talking about the specific stuff, but the general what do I need to find first? what will help me feel comfortable here? etc.)
- tips on safely and effectively using sites like Craigslist

Glad to see this show really moving forward :)

Oh, and could you maybe do a video on balancing jobs you love with money you need!

Since today is my birthday, when you started saying "Happy anniversary!" I thought you'd somehow guessed that I'd be watching the video today and wanted to wish me a happy birthday.

I'd just like to say that as a university student, a lot of your videos have been really useful to help me be an adult. I'm now 21 and I still don't feel like a grown-up but looking back, it's thanks to this channel's videos that I can now feel more confident with some adult responsibilities. So thanks for having this channel, and congratulations on your first year of helping make adulthood less daunting!

Hey guys! Happy anniversary! Personally, I'd like to just take a second to congratulate you! I've been following the channel for a little while now and it's been a joy to watch your videos. I'm always learning something new and having a lot of fun here. Seeing you guys posted a new video makes me smile everytime, so thank you for that. Hope you have a great year two! :D

PS. The channel's Secret Origin certainly deserves its place in DC Comics!

Happy Anniversary! Love what you guys are doing.

I think I've watched most of your videos, but I don't remember them all. So I'm just going to throw out some some ideas for future stuff:

-How to moneytize a blog
-How to plant a garden/choose plants for your yard (that are easy to grow & keep alive)
-how to find small business in your area
-how to find cruelty free/ethical companies
-fun free things to do with friends
