Antonin Artaud called Vincent Van Gogh the man suicided by society. And Don McLean wrote a most beautiful song in tribute to him. And Starry Night is one of my very favorite paintings ever ... My brother, William Vincent Anderson was found in his semi truck deceased at the age of 34. From a cerebral hemorrhage.It was 1993. One of the cassette tapes found in his semi was your greatest hits album. I still have it and I consider this his song and I cry every time. Beautiful ageless song. ❤️

I saw you three times in Coolangatta/Tweed over a 30 year span. On the last occasion, about 8 years ago now, I took a woman who'd NEVER been to a concert in her life, and she only heard Vincent for the first time when I suggested it before I bought the tickets. Needless to say, you made an impression.
