HOW I PASSED THE NASM CPT EXAM IN A MONTH!! (i'm officially a certified personal trainer!)

✯ HEY EVERYONE!!
after a year + of contemplating i decided to buy the self study guide for the nasm cpt 7th edition course! once i bought it it was go mode, i put all my focus on it to finish it asap but also understand everything! with that i finished it in a bit over a month...AND I PASSED!! so i decided to share my experience taking the test & how it was since i was watching a ton of videos myself. i hope this helps someone or inspires someone to just purchase the course AND DO IT! don't get too stressed out about it, breathe & relax. if you guys have any questions feel free to comment below or stop by a live and ask!
