Recipe Card:

Dough ke Ajza:
Maida - 350gm
Makhan - 4 Khanay ke Chamach
Anda - 1 Adad
Sirka - 1 Chae ka Chamach
Pani - Hasb-e-Zaroorat

Keema filling ke Ajza:
Keema - 400gm
Tail(Oil) - 2 Khanay ke chamch,
Lehsan Kuta hua - 2 Jaway
Tamatar bareek kata hua - 1 Darmayana
Pyaz bareek kata hua - 1 chota
Hari Mirch - 3 se 4 adad
Zeera Powder - 1 Chae ka chamach
Lal Mirch - 1 Chae ka chamach
Kaali Mirch - 1 Chae ka chamach
Namak - Hasb-e-Zaiqa

Tareeka:
1) Aik bowl lijiye, us mein maida, makhan, anda, sirka or pani daal lein. Ab apnay hathon ki madad se isay goondh lein. Phir 30 minute ke liye isay dhanp ke side pe rakh dein.
2) Utni der hum fillings bana lete hain. Aik pan mein tail dalein or anch ko darmayana rakhein. Ab is ke andar keema, lahsan, tamatar, pyaz daal lein or aik dafa mix kar lein.
3) Masalon ke liye, hari mirch, zeera powder, lal mirch, kali mirch or namak daal lein. Ab keeme ko achi tarah bhoon ke paka lein.
4) Keema tayar honay ke baad ab hum pastel ko tayar kareinge. Dough mein se aik paira le ke isay bail lein. Us ke baad is mein se aik chori patti kat ke usay side pe rakh dein. Ab isi tareeke ko dobara dohrain takeh hamaray pass aik or patti ajaye. Pehli patti per darmyan mein keema daalein, us ke uper doosri patti rakhein or kaantay ki madad se is ki sidon ko band karelin. Baki pastel ke liye yehi tareeka dobara dohrayin.
5) Inhe 350F per fry karlein takeh woh dono taraf se sunehre rang ke hojein. Fry kerne ke baad inhe cooling rack per thori der ke liye thanda honay dein takeh woh bahir se khasta rahein.

Apke mazedar, pocket-size, khasta Brazilian Pastel tayar hain. Enjoy!!!
