Poland do just like all European countries should. EU has NO any right to finger inner state issues. Even trying to do so is unforgivable.

Poland should, The European union is not an actual Union of European countries, but is governed by powerful Oligarchs from Brussels, more like a Brussels Union of Oligarchs.
Time for European countries to forge their own path rather than bowing to diktats from Brussels.

The EU was supposed to be a Union of collective strength, but those in power turned it into a controlling factor with the thinking that the EU laws was to supersede that of the member country's, then those in position believed they could rule by pressure of economic control, A member country will only except so much loss of control of their country before they dig in and refuse to be dominated in issues which is not in the interest of said country being pressured, there have been fundamental errors created by so called leaders who think they have more say than lesser members just because they hold more economic strength, EU was supposed to be an all member equal of benefits to all, now it is seen to be a diverse control power monger of unfairness and certain leaders who have a egotistical belief they themselves are running the EU and refuse to except the ideal of intent and reason that the EU was originally formed on, It is early days of the destruction which will befall this body called the EU, the UK said enough is enough and others will follow as those who think they rule the EU find other country`s will not be dictated to by the will of a few

Instead of "POL-EXIT" it should be "LEAV-EU" pronounced "LEAVEU"

How would India feel if 500, 000 Pakistanis just moved in overnight? How would India feel if they cannot control their own fiscal policies? Can you imagine India and Pakistan without a border? Can you imagine New Delhi laws are you served by Karachi laws? The problem with the EU is that people are sacrificing their national identity, sovereign rights, national laws, and national fiscal policies for the European Union. That's smacks common sense.

has the EU already decided also about how long the toilet paper must be and has already imposed it on memeber states ???
I'm not sure about that, but I'm sure - the countries with too short or too long paper would be "punished"...

It is not that simple which law is more important. Actually there is no doubt about it as it is clearly written in the cinstitution. In case of cobflict of laws the following order is applied: constitution > international treaty applied in Polish law > other Polish laws. According to constitution some competencies can be delegated to international organization (such as EU). The problem is that EU claims it has right to decide about things that according to Polish Cobstitutional Court were not delegated to EU - so it has no power to decide. Unfortunatelly there are some grey areas so its about how much political power will EU win by using different leverages.

EU does not do the things it was intended for 10 years ago. Everyone should leave. Each country their laws should go above EU's!!

EU will soon disintegrate in a maximum of 10 years. They have a common Christisn religious belief but still are unable to co-exist. India with 1.35 billion population woth multople religious faiths living together and is the only secular country in thw world. Thus EU or even any luslim have no moral right to tell India, how to run its secular democratic country.
