This, for 83 year old senior, beginning again to walk, is perfect, and, best “for seniors” I’ve known since 1988, when I, myself, was teaching in retirement homes. Thank You very much.

If you're older like me (70) and are noticing a weakness in your legs this is a great place to start regaining your leg strength. Follow along the best you can and if you stay with it you will soon start to see a difference. I know I did. Don't give up old timers, you can do it.

Found you because my sister in law fell today and it reminded me of the dangers of falling as we age… and it is preventable by strengthening our lower body! These exercises have been a great help. I really struggled when i first started and could only manage three or four of the standing exercises. I've just gone through the entire video and managed to do everything and keep up with Mike. So, if you find them a bit difficult to start with just keep going and you will get there. Thanks Mike!

Had shoulder surgery and was limited in my exercise overall. I started to feel weakness in my legs, which I'd never felt before. These exercises help because I feel like they're aimed at strengthening the muscles that I need to strengthen.

When I was a Home Health Aide in the 1980 and 1990, retired now my physical therapists taught me how to work with my patients. The physical therapist came twice a week and and work with my patients the other days. I encourage them so they wouldn't fall. I miss my job so much.

I have back problems and knee replacements… And have been doing these exercises for a couple weeks now and have felt wonderful… My knees were stiffening up and after doing these exercises they feel awesome… I wanna thank you for all the help you’ve given me… Without you I don’t think things would’ve been possible… I will do my exercise faithfully every day and I will keep on doing them… Thank you again

Well me again. Another week of doing these exercises 3 times a day. I cannot believe the difference they have made to my everyday life. I am stronger and able to perform everyday jobs a lot easier. My pain and discomfort in legs hips and knees has diminished considerably. Thank you very much.

Thank you, these excerices are just what I needed, I am 84 and was getting very weak, I feel better just with the 1st session. It will now be part of my daily routine.

I'm a Retired Home Health Aide, I thank the physical therapist who taught me how to work with my patients. I'm 67 years old and use these Excerise everyday, and I thank my nurses too that taught us about safety for seniors. Now that I'm a senior citizen I take advantage of my skills. Thanks 😊 so much!!
