My Mum was German and Christkind literally means 'baby Jesus'. She was brought up in a tradition where presents were brought on Christmas Eve by Jesus, not Santa Claus.

I love how the lady at 27:49 just started talking to you and explaining her and her neighbors products. I watch a lot of walking videos like this and know that usually people shy away or try not to engage with the camera/camera man but I enjoyed that little moment with her and the neighbor. This brings back so many wonderful memories when my husband and I were stationed in Berlin (90-94). We visited the Nuremberg Christmas market every year and many others. Really miss being in Germany❤
