Let the people create their own energy, decouple energy with states energy monopolies, free of taxes, convert to full DC grid, and kindly ask Egypt for help. Move to another realm, religious, spiritual. Greed will shut us down in 2050. Energy must turn to religious leaders where money has values long lost. This is an option. No one can solve the interests conflicts otherwise.
