If you’re a smoker these pouches are an incredibly useful quitting tool. Just keep lowering the nicotine % and once you’re on the lowest, keep pushing your first pouch of the day later and later. if you’re disciplined you can easily quit, much more effective than switching to vapes or anything else from my experience.

Nicotine is very hard to quit, I’m on day 12 cold turkey and not one day has been easy. My advice is to never start nicotine.

To all the bros out there I will say zyn might not seem bad at first and it actually will enhance the shit out of life at first but after a year it already pushed my gums back and after quitting my blood pressure went from high to normal… just a warning bros

I will say, as someone who used to vape pretty heavily, I have been strict on myself with my zyn use. It’s my only source of nicotine and I use one a day after I finish my morning coffee.

These pouches coming out of Sweden are fairly new because there’s no embargo against it since there’s no tobacco in it. I’m no stranger to tobacco pouches, I’ve done it for 19 years and the culture is strong here. A can a day extra extra strong stuff.

It’s hell and I’m glad to be three weeks sober. My heart rate is now for the first time in a superior shape, I don’t wake up with a headache (withdrawal symptoms), my gum and dental health is better. I don’t constantly have cold feet and hands and it saves me $1500 a year. I’ve never been a smoker but if I was out and abroad I could down pack of cigarettes a day to compensate for it and then just drop it when I could get my hands on snus.

Don’t get addicted folks, it’s just a waste of your money and longevity. It looks bad and it’s pushing your cortisol levels through the roof

I use nicotine daily and my blood pressure reading right now is 108/69

It's called use not abuse

It’s very easy to cut down to 2-3 pouches per day.

The perceived satisfaction of using a pouch is not where near smoking a cigarette.

I use 1 pouch on fridays and Saturdays as a reward for working hard throughout the week. I honestly look forward to it and makes my week/weekend so much more enjoyable.
I also take L-citrulline and L-arginine on Saturdays and sundays to counteract the low levels of nitric oxicide that these pouches cause

Ive used zyn's on occasion.. ive personally never had an issue. I never used more than one a day and never craved it; sometimes I would be so busy i would forget. It all varies from person to person.

If he wasn’t boosted on Test already he wouldn’t worry about the slight rise in blood pressure

I started off with 1 pouch of the 3mg zyns twice a day. Steadily progressed to the point where I went through a can of 6mg zyns a day. I only zyned for 1 year but the mental and physical symptoms were extremely noticeable. Brain fog, increased heart rate, and unusually high anxiety were the symptoms I was most concerned with. Zyns feel good at first but if your someone who lacks discipline do yourself a favor and don’t use them. I’ve been off zyns for 3 days and the withdrawal symptoms feels like a mild flu. Not worth it.

If you’re legitimately trying to quit they work wonderfully, a canister of Zyn is still better for you than a pack of cigarettes in any case.If your trying to quit I recommend trying them, I quit a 25 cig habit, I’m now tobacco free.

I started today with patches - not pouches.
I'm not a smoker or tobacco user.
I started with 2 mg patch.
I have had nearly constant sinus drainage/ sneezing / allergy symptoms for years. It stopped in about 4 hours after applying the first patch.
Normally when I come home from work - I'm exhausted. When I got home today - I still had enough energy for a workout. Day 1

He's being very careful not to step on the toes of his man-o-sphere bros who are shilling this stuff every other podcast.

Quit smoking. Quitting vaping was even harder and I feel like I can breathe now. For me personally I bought 4 containers and it’s been 2 months now. I pop one in and forget it’s even there. Then hours go by and I don’t think about smoking or nicotine. There are days I wake up and forget I even have them.

So interesting, I use 2mg nicotine gum but I have done this on and off and never once was using it habitually.

I’ve been doing them for 2 years and what’ve helped me not get an addiction and feel the benefits is just doing one per day In The morning. At first when I started I took multiple throughout the day but I realised none of them felt better than the first one. Now I keep it to one per day and I can quit easily if I want to. (I’ve gone a month off the zyns and didn’t feel any urges)
