Pandora's Actor's introduction always struck me as fascinating. We know he's a genius, we know he puts on an act of buffoonery while in fact being, very arguably, one of if not THE most dangerous NPC in Nazarick, but I think even we the audience sometimes take it for granted.

When we first see Pandora's Actor, he's taken the form of Albedo's creator. He's waiting in the vault, silently, staring at Albedo and Yuri. He says nothing. No greeting. No acknowledgement. Just waits.

Until Ainz tells him to stop playing around. Then hes all games and funny introductions and buffoonery.

But right up until that moment consider what he was really doing. He somehow sensed people were coming, was apparently able to tell who they were, and took the form the greater threat among the two would theoretically be least likely to attack: Her Creator. Until Ainz dismisses the situation as permitted, Pandora's Actor wasn't actually fooling around.

He was prepared to kill a Floor Guardian. Because only the Supreme beings were permitted to enter the vault.

Pandora’s Actor has always struck me by how well he plays Ainz. When they were interrogating Sebas he told Cocytus and Demiurge to supress their bloodlust and follow Victim’s example. Totally sold the idea that he was actually Ainz.

After vol 14 I think that Pandoras Actor is the most intelligent of the tree masterminds of Nazarick.
Albedo is ruled by her emotions and passion for Ainz and Demiuge has a inferiority complex and goes to easily to extreme actions.
Pandoras Actor because of his position that he was put in by the Supreme Beings doesn't step out of line even if he might come to a better solution. If Ainz would reorganize Nazarick and appoint him as Guardian Overseer I believe things would move more smoothly.

So Pandora's Actor could easily defeat both Demiurge and Albedo in a fight, not because he is stronger than them or because he is a better combat strategist than them but because he can take advantage of their emotional weaknesses whether because of or lack thereof. The greatest strategy that can ever be employed in a fight, before the fight even starts, is having your opponent underestimate you and because Pandora's Actor is a literal actor who can mimic EVERY emotion imaginable, you never know if he is pleading for his life, flaunting his ego, or lulling you into a false sense of security where you disregard all precautions and alarms... And then he has you right where he wants you and what is more susceptible to manipulation than the ego of a demon?

Now I’m just thinking what if something happens to Ainz where he can’t be rez’d and tells PA to be him forever and to lead nazarick and to make sure the rest of the NPCs don’t know he died. Wonder what that would be like.

if all the lv 100 NPCs were given world-class items when out, why didn't Pandora's Actor have one when fighting PDL?

I get he's not exactly a floor guardian but he's more than a match for any of them. If the downfall of castle and country was used on him, the Slane Theoracracy would have access and insights into all 41 supreme beings. That's just scary.

Consider this, the denizens of Nazarick are the children of the guild. After the crossing they took on alot of their creators quirks and personalities. So the pragmatism and planning skills of Momonga were passed to Pandora. That's why Ainz agreed with his act. He's the only one who could understand how to fully grasp the situation and what countermeasures to make.
