You know he's Ains' creation because in Bone Daddy's fight with Shaltear.. He fought like a doppelganger in the end. Even if its a weaker version of a class, having access to shear diversity can prepare you to defeat almost any foe.

I agree with almost everything you said. The only thing I kind of disagree is the Lord of the Castle class abilities. A Lord is someone that rules over something (obviously) but a Lord also needs to know and to access all the resources and information of his domain. For me, it makes more sense that Lord of the Castle allows PA to access the information of the Tomb, the treasury and, most important, to be able to "summon" the equipment and gold. It can also be a countermeasure that stop intruders to access the treasures without killing him first (until you kill the lord of the castle nothing is yours or so). If you think in a way, if it just the ability to access and equip at any point the equipment of the guild, the ability is just perfect for PA.

It wouldn't surprise me If Pandora's Actor had "Doppelganger Amalgamation" which allows you to take multiple forms and combine them together to make an Improved multi-usage Version.

Pandora's Actor may be by your estimate unarmed and having power 80% or less than the originals... but its a world that has attack-type advantages and racial/class weaknesses. Take Entoma Vasilissa Zeta vs EvilEye, Entoma outclassed EvilEye in power, but suffered heavily from Vermin Bane.

Since he has an arsenal of all the abilities of the Supreme Beings, lots of spells, unarmed and disarming fighting styles (monk / ninja), Pandora's true power may be his own intelligence to apply these abilities (and probably something scripted by a clever game player like Ains who is well versed in player vs player strategies)

If Pandora can duplicates his enemy he learns all their abilities and at the time their chosen tactic if its in the forefront of their mind... then doppleganger switches to the perfect counter for a "super effective" overpowering combo. Rather than hit and run attacks or as an NPC commander... go full Ice Attack on Dragonite! x4 damage!!!

The more you dig into overlord the more you realize that's it's a love letter to pen and paper RPGs. As much as it's set in an MMO, the massively in depth character sheets and stats, the insane amount of races, dungeon design, etc... it's all very reminiscent of classic RPGs, and it's awesome. As someone who also loves MMOs it would be awesome to see an MMO with all of this stuff but it would be incredibly hard to do, especially all the unique skills, which work with a DM just having to manage a couple characters, but don't really make sense in a situation with thousands of players.
