It tells me a lot that John's daughter, who grew up with a drug-addicted mother and a dumpster diving father, still speaks of him lovingly. Quite often, there's so much animosity and anger with hoarding situations, but not here. Both John's daughter and his girlfriend obviously love him and want the best for him.

I didn't expect him to carry on so seeing the update of his cooking for friends and family, sorting out to get the car in, continuing with the aftercare, I'm astounded and incredibly hopeful for him. Andi his girlfriend seems an amazing person too ❤

OMG !! I am a hoarder and I have to step over things as John does, but mine isn't quite as disorganized as his. YET when I saw those people arrive to come take his stuff to dump, I had to click away. I couldn't bear to lose my stuff like that! LOL Perhaps I need help !!!! Best wishes, John. We are kindred spirits. I, too, am a dumpster diver and some of the most unbelievable things I have found come from the trash. Amazing what people throw away.
