Learn how to write geometry proofs in 8 minutes! Follow easy step-by-step instructions on how to write two column proof with line segments and angles (parallel lines and triangle proofs are coming soon)! I'll also show you how to prove the vertical angle theorem. Also watch out for a pretty useful list of theorems and postulates you should know when you first start writing proofs.

I know I am late to this video, but for the last question, couldn't you just say given and then vertical angle theorem? or do you have to do all those steps?

Am I missing something here on the second example? Shouldn't the proof say "prove <1 and <3 are supplementary" (not "congruent")?

YES! I WAS SUBSCRIBED TO YOU ALREADY, AND I DIDNT REALIZE YOU HAD GEOMETRY PROOFS!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, I HAVE A TEST TOMORROW AND IM GOING TO MAKE USE OF THIS!!

in the 2nd example you shared 2 angles that are not congruent, the numbers should be switched so that visually and mathematically, the example would be correct
