One key thing to add to the last point (about picking up weapons)
If you are a specialist troop (flamethrower, mortar, ... i think thats it)
DO NOT pick up additional weapons you find on corpses, you will toss away your specialty weapon and it vanishes.
There is no way to get it back during that squads active life.

Straight to the point. Nice nade tip there. Little difficult for newer players to select the best weapons based on scenario because we all start with riflemen and the occasional smg/sniper. I also find that picking up guns is more of a liability. I don't know why, I just can't pick up weapons off of bodies for some reason.

Just started playing this game and this whole unconventional squad system can be really overwhelming despite I have played Red Orchestra 2 and Rising Storm 2. I get to do some usual habits like firing an SMG on mid range like I do in RO2/RS2 but I get to forget that I can switch soldier on this.

Right now I just unlocked engineer squad and found out this rally point thing being like tunnels from RS2 so I better level this squad up. Gonna need some more M1891/30 Mosins because M1907 have shit sights. Really helpful guide there.

Right to the point, the part about stripping my reserves... Wow... I legit didn't think of that, I just kept adding new squad after new squad and spent on outfitting them even though I don't use them all every battle, you just saved a potential huge amount of resources for me.

Great job, I think some guides on how to order squads manually to do things would really help too, they can attack, hold points, attack tanks themselves and how to use them in a typical Assault and explaining how important it is to keep updating their orders..

engineer is the most important, you build rally points, and fight a position. I'm just waiting for them to take the mg42 off the allied side, because it feels so wrong lol

Downloaded it last night and absolutely love it, even though I lose often it's a lot of fun to Nuke loads of squads, also I found useful is the mounted LMGs, use them they one shot squads insanely.

Coming from RO2 and RisingStorm, these tips is really helpful as I'm playing it as other WW2 games. This game is just different with the squad swapping!

the 40% higher jump is pretty nice u go so fast just spaming space bar ans sprinting i love it
