I hear it is good for some people. I had horrible speeds and total disconnects. I'd get speeds of over 200 Mbps and 5 minutes later it was 2 Mbps. I think it depends on how reliable the cell tower is. I had 5-bars, too....returned it. Will try it again when they get the bugs worked out.

depends on your wireless connection and device performance. Not every device works perfectly but more often than not issues will result from physical interference or distance from the transmitter. thick cement will make it nearly impossible to connect, trees can cause interference etc

I Got 1 mbps speeds, canceled as soon as I saw results (over a week!)

I’ve just switched over to this lite version and I’m currently on the trial plan.

The internet speeds are much better than my last isp, BUT my laptop all of a sudden has Zero internet.

This is after certain websites (Coursera, banking website, and T-Mobile) simply would not load on the laptop.

This morning, I can’t pull up the X website and internet stories on my phone??

I’m just trying to understand what could possibly be going on from an IT perspective and troubleshoot my way out of this nonsense.

Anyone have a clue?
I’ve called both providers multiple times.

Mine cost $70, just got it. Suppose to be $40
