Im in my 70s now and used to substitute teach to help pay my way through college. my absolute favorite class was with the special needs children. They were so incredible and loving as each lined up for their turn for a hug which I was glad to, give. Their teacher loved her students so much she never took a day off but she finally could when she saw how the kids responded to me. I’m so glad I could help and I got far more from them than I ever gave. So if you ever get the chance to help a teacher a parent or a Neighbor with these incredible kids consider yourself blessed, I know I was.❤

Fact: everyone can face having disabilities. With a car accident, with an illness, it can happen to anyone. How would you want to be treated if you found yourself in that predicament? The way a society treats it's most vulnerable - it's elderly, it's animals, and it's disabled - is always the measure of its humanity.
