So amazing! I am a words person, not a numbers person. I have been fighting with pivot tables for over a year -- I could not, despite watching numerous YouTube videos, figure them out. Your simple explanations that columns are fields, and rows are records (which I had forgotten from many years ago working with very early database programs), and then the definition of category, data and arbitrary fields, and, most importantly, showing how to change the options to drag-n-drop, made all the difference!
