One thing that stuck with me on this subject is when a while back, John MacArthur was being hosted on Larry King with a group of Roman Catholic priests. While waiting to go on the show, John and these priests were all in the same room. John had asked several questions to these priests on why the RCC does certain things, that John named specifically to them, that go against scripture. The response of all of these priests was that this isn't what the CHURCH taught them, meaning that they got the authority to do these heretical things under the authority of the RCC, not scripture. So then these priests, as do all RCC priests, held the RCC in a higher authority and over the word of God as being the one who decrees what's permitted and what's not. This is a classic example of why the RCC is so screwed up on their theology and understanding of scripture. For the RCC under that pretense, it's easy to remove anything from scripture they don't like and then justify that action. Anyone who goes against that system is, in their eyes, anathema!

You didn't mention they altered the 4th commandment. That's where Sunday worship came from. The true sabbath is Saturday according to the bible.

The Roman Catholics and Constantine also changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday, from the 7th day as prescribed in the bible to the 1st day.

don't forget to mention how the ten commandment is one of the very few sections in the bible where it says that god wrote it himself with his own finger.

Its not difficult. No graven images. No idols, no icons, nothing, nada, nix, nill. Statues of Mary, Jesus, the saints, even crucifixes, Get rid of them. They're not required. Jesus is alive. We don't need crosses or statues to remember him. He lives in us.

Thanks for this needed video. People need to know that Catholics really do pray to Mary and to saints, even though they deny it if asked. I really wish Catholics would read their Bibles! I'm from a big Catholic family, but my parents and myself have come out of that and have now been born again. Praise the Lord! None of our family have ever read the Bible and are not open to our sharing it with them. We all need to pray for people stuck in false beliefs and cults. Catholicism is taking millions to hell with it's false religion, I'm praying for a friend and I witness to him of the true gospel where and when I can, but he tells me that he 'will die a catholic', I pray he won't but come to the truth by putting his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and Him only for salvation!
