How to configure SSH Two-Factor Authentication on Ubuntu 22.04 | VPS Tutorial

When you open your Linux servers up for SSH login, there’s always a chance someone could break into that server and do bad things. One way to prevent this is to enable Two-Factor Authentication on the server. Once enabled, only people with the properly generated 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) codes (along with their regular credentials) will be given access.

I've followed another tutorial before watching this video and almost lost all my files... after a stressful day recovering everything, I came again looking for a step by step that should work, and your video worked perfectly! Thank you very much!

It doesnt work. It doesnt ask for authentication code after ssh.

I followed the instructions and it still doesn't ask me for the Auth code. But I am using the SSH Key. Does it bypass if I use the key instead of requiring both? I turned off SSH Key and then it asked me for the Auth Code...but didn't work as it kept telling me it was wrong. Maybe clock settings? It'd be nice to be able to have both options turned on.
