Hey Doc, 14 weeks PO Tibial Plateau Fracture. Ski accident. Hardware is two pins only, 8 weeks FWB and back to life getting stronger every day. Zero ligament damage. However the flexion is slow to return and currently at 110 extension and 0 to 1 degree extension. I'm pretty active and want the full ROM to return. Id like to give the BPC 157 and TB 500 combination a try. How much would you recommend daily dose and can you provide a link for product. TIA

small peptides can transfer through fascia especiallyh if it's damaged or there is swelling and fascia also has a blood supply so what goes into the blood supply by soaking in through the blood vessels will also fall out of the blood vessels by the same measure where there are injuries fascia is often weakened or broken. edema doesn't just happen between 2 layers of fascia, IME, so why would a peptide that is small enough to leach into a blood vessel just sit on one side of fascia and be stuck there? not saying it couldn't maybe it would bind with the cells in the fascia and do some good there . Subcutaneous uptake is slow generally so repair will happen near the injection site first. microcirculation matters and as long as the injected substance is something that the nearby cells have receptors for, local injection has a chance at being more effective. that said depending on what area one is injected, it can also be more dangerous (infection, mechanical injury from needle) we recommend for most injections to choose subcutaneous in an area without difficult to repair tissues like nerve, bursae, ligaments.. or maybe not'

My husband torn his left hamstring (partial tear). I ordered the tb500 and bpc 157 blend . We are contemplating which route to inject … the gut subcutaneously or the back of his hamstring where the tear happened ? He seems a bit scared to do it on the injection site which I understand. We jsut want to do what would work best and quickest ! Is it possible to try to find some fat level on the inner thigh (so nearer to injured site ) so does it all relatively not matter where it goes as it goes in the bloodstream? I feel it was injected in the hamstring it would not be subcutenous but intramuscular injection which seems more difficult to do if not licensed ?
