How to make ...

Mash banana in a bowl
add in 1/2 cup egg whites & mix
add in 1/2 cup oats & mix

Add in rest of the ingredients and mix to preferred density

Heat pan to medium, add in 1 tblsp of coconut oil

Add mixture to pan
cook until bottom is no longer mushy, and flip

cook to golden brown
add toppings (cinnamon, honey etc.)
EAT!!!
