Books have been great over the years for inspiration, but these videos helps to See what doesn't work, transform into what does work in front of your eyes, with a clear reference of what was done is really helpful. Certainly makes the theory stick in your mind.

Another thing I'd mention is choosing colors for your brand that can be printed in 4C. I teach InDesign and other Adobe apps to design and marketing professionals in companies that sometimes have a color branding that needs a spot color every time they have something printed. That completely rules out digital printing, makes printing more expensive or gives you colors not being consistent across advertising materials.
