I'm interested in purchasing a OnePlus One/2. I have heard that Cyanogen updates the OS quite slowly (e.g. updating from CM 11 to CM 12.1). Adding a ticket also takes a while for the company to reply and having no UK/EU-based support line Customer Support seems poor. Any thoughts on this?
