great explanation of a keto diet. So many people have the wrong idea about the keto diet. It's really good actually

This doctor use to be in Florida. He is one of the smartest and nicest doctors I’ve ever met. I lost over 55 pounds doing exactly what he told me to do in less than 3 months. This doctor isn’t about the dollar sign he is about results. I really wish he was back in Florida

Dr. Clark, I heard that one can still do a low carb diet, even with poor renal function, if one ensures that such a low carb diet is also low in protein. The way to do this is to increase fat consumption to something as high as 80 to 85 percent of calories, just like the ketogenic diets used to treat epilepsy. It has also been demonstrated, experimentally, that such a diet may help restore renal function. Just Google "Dr.Charles Mobbs ketogenic diet”. He is doing research on this topic.

Thanks for the explanation.

I am considering doing a low carb diet too, but I am worried if the liver will be overloaded with making all those ketones. Is this a sustainable diet or can it only be done short term?
