As Queen City is another local airport to me (Lehigh valley international) This is heart breaking. I have been there 10-20 times to watch planes.

Why didn’t they charge him under the felony murder rule? The underlying crime was a felony and that would let them get a first degree murder conviction rather than a few years for manslaughter…
