Rick Benjamin calls George Zimmerman a 'cold blooded killer'.

Rush to judgment without facts?
Typical of the the hysteria that is going on over this case. Bill O'Reilly really hammers home a ethical/moral lesson to Mr. Benjamin but it clearly flew over his head at mach.

I am not surprised to see Rick Benjamin defending a losing position. Maybe Benjamin should write a book on "Tactically Unsound Defense Techniques to get Killed By"?

Traygone fled from Zimmerman and 4 minutes passed MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME FOR TRAYGONE TO MAKE IT HOME. Zimmerman was looking for an address for the police to describe where he last saw Traygone and was approached by Traygone on his way back to his car.

I believe Trayvon's first thought was he was in some kind of danger. Being followed by some punk with hollow point bullets. He shot him in the a coward.

Awesome! I said the same thing on another vid post. You're only the SECOND person I've witnessed notice that trayvon had a cell phone and never called the cops. Good job!

so a 17 year old kid is walking home at night and noticed he is being stalked by some 30 year old man driving a truck who gives him the glare once whilst driving past, then is parked glaring at him, then gets out of his car and chases him. Then the guy fights the kid and kills him.

Point # 3 continued...The operator asks GZ if he wanted the police to meet him at the "mailboxes" at the 3:41 mark. GZ responds that's fine. Then changes his mind and says "just have them call me". Two points here. The obvious one is the operator did not ask him for an address as it pertaining to where TM was running. 2) GZ intended to continue to follow and look for TM that is why he told the operator to have the cops call him when they arrived because he knew he wasn't going back to his truck.

Trayvon had no interest in this guy. He was telling his girlfirned that this old man is following him. I hope Zimmerman rots in jail and Hell afterwards.

point # 3 continued...GZ claims TM covered his mouth and nose to smoother him. Then he claims TM saw the gun and went for it but never touched it. Three things 1) how is it GZ that is screaming to the top of his lungs if in fact TM is covering his mouth and nose? 2) If TM's hands are covering his mouth and nose how is GZ's head being beat into the ground? 3) If TM is going for the gun but never touched it how is GZ's in fear of being killed? I'll stop there for now.

Another thing..Zimmerman's jacket is a Free Country brand which makes treated waterproof jackets made out of Rip Stop nylon. So according to your assumption Trayvon had a good tight grip in the rain on Zimmerman's collar that also zips up to the top, bashing his head several times into the concrete. Trayvons hands should have broken skin from the zipper and fabric of his jacket. A waterproof Rip Stop fabric is very sturdy and durable so his hands should have been damaged with breakage.

Here is a plausible theory for GZ's injuries. GZ ran up on TM and grabbed him from behind. TM in a struggle to get away throws his head back head butting GZ in the nose thus breaking it. They in turn fall backward onto the concrete where GZ bangs his head on the ground causing small lacerations. TM then rolls over placing him atop GZ. But GZ being the bigger man (40 pounds heavier) regains the top position pulls out his gun and threatens to kill TM. This is when TM begins yelling for help.

I can't believe Rick thinks "murder" and "kill" mean the exact same thing. They don't. All murders are killings but not all killings are murder. Even a 5 year old knows this.

If they can prove that the gun was cocked during the can turn into pre meditated...I heard that there's a new Judge Nelson that will preside. I've read that she is a no-nonsense judge and that Zimmerman was actually better with Judge Lester as far as leniency is concerned.

1. Zimmerman's said that Martin covered his nose and mouth after he started yelling to shut him up.

2. After Zimmerman managed his way to the grass Martin wasn't able to hit his head again, so he then tried to suffocate Zimmerman.

3. He is being violently assaulted? He also said Martin verbally threatened his life.

Of course Bill O'Reilly wants to take up Zimmerman's cause. If nothing else, you have to give it to Mr. O'Reilly for consistency.
