Attorney Tom Grieve is a former state criminal prosecutor from Wisconsin before eventually founding what is now the state's largest criminal defense firm at more than 20 attorneys. If you have guns in a “gun trust” and one person in that trust for whatever reason gets their rights suspended (not taken away, such as a felony) can the cops/ government take the guns from their home/cabin if the guns are in that trust? And if so can they go into other people’s home on that trust and take guns? I believe others may like to know??? Again thank you so much and keep up Gods work!!

In the video he claims that the 4th ammendment still means something. I think it is important to note that it might still mean something only when it gets to the higher levels of federal court. Generally it means nothing to the officer on scene, the magistrate that knowingly signs a BS warrant, or even a trial judge that grants qualified immunity for unlawful searches. How many examples of this have we seen?

Howe do you stop municipal departments from conducting searches of the fully walled, rear & side yard of private homes without consent or warrant? The City of Phoenix has conducted hundreds of searches without warrant or consent for years. They are literally climbing up ladders & standing atop trucks to photograph our rear & side yards.

Four hundred pounds of steel portcullis is a good way to secure your front door. Especially if you drop it right after you've heard the knock.
Of course, OSHA will fine you if you don't have that yellow floor stripe to warn people not to stand there.
