Instant Karak Chai !! Perfect for travels

This is great for travels & you can customise it the way you like it.

1/2 cup Chai Patti
1/2 cup Sugar (This is on the lower sweetness side)
1 cup Milk Powder
Masalas of your choice - I added Cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, Saunth & saunf)

You can also add dried tulsi leaves to this

2 tbsp Pre Mix for 1 cup Chai is what you need

- Always add milk powder after blending the other ingredients
- Store in an air tight container
- Use a dry spoon always to remove the premix
