In this Production Concepts tutorial, Stephen Ellestad discusses a sample workflow for creating a basic static mix quickly and efficiently.

The goal of the basic static mix is to level and balance all the elements of the track in a way that allows you to hear everything as a whole and prepare for advanced mix techniques such as adding part and section automation and master buss processing.
