So confusing...others say stretch the Achilles, Dr Duke says don't stretch. The interwebs just always have contradictory info. I guess try an approach and if it works stick with it, after a while try others.

Interesting set of 3 videos. I have very flat feet and have been advised from multiple sources to do heel dips but your first video really says not to do this. Therefore I am confused! Also I was wondering if you would advise for or against heel locking trainers for running? Would you put the heel raisers in your running trainers or just in your other footwear during recovery?
