I have learned a lot for your videos, thanks so much.
I have been told by a chiro that my tight calves and Achilles issue are the result of a trap tibial nerve. Do you happen to have a thought on wether this is a possibility.

Should you do these exercises once a day?
Also, can you do these right after injuring the achilles or should you let it rest for a few days before doing any of these exercises?
