Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.

We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

1 simple trick is that, Please stop googling up your symptoms. It causes anxiety and depression. You'll Be caught up in a loop and stressed as hell which eventually will lead to secretion of enormous amount of stomach acid.
Things to eat
1.Lots of buttermilk (with less salt)
2. Pomegranate juice.
3. Mosambi juice
4. Tender coconut
5. Fish boiled or with less spice
6. Boiled veggies(A lot)
7. Broccoli
8. Cabbage
9. Cauliflower
10. Apple
11. Egg whites
12. Boiled green gram
13. Lots of Curd.
14. Ghee rice
15. unsalted butter(swallow it)
16. Avacado
17. Amla juice(definitely not concentrated)
18. Lots of greens
19. All types of veggies
20. Oats
21. sprouts
22. Fenugreek water
23. Walnut
24. jeera water
25. Sunflower seeds
26. Papaya
27. Melons
28. Raddish
29. Turnip
30. Sabja seeds

• Remember to have with less spice
• Avoid milk
• Avoid gas forming foods
• Reduce the amount of carbs
• Eat at proper time
• Eat 6 times small meals.
• Relax your body and mind
• Prefer Coconut oil(Cold pressed) and Olive oil
• consume lot of fruits
• Stop overthinking
•Most importantly avoid eating outside. Prepare your own food
•Chew a lot
• Concentrate on the food
• don't exercise after meal
• Drink a glass of warm water after meal
•walk atleast 20 mnts after each meal.
• Drink lots of water on empty stomach in the morning

Note : Am a fighter too.... Am recovering from GERD with simple technique of not panicking and relaxing my mind

I have been doing it 7 days in a row 12 minutes. After that I have no problems with acid anymore Thank you very much for a good advice

Hi. Thank you so much. You've saved my health. I've heavly suffered a whole year with reflux symptoms mucus and acid taste. I did do your exercise for 4 times. The pressure in the chest is released and acid reflux symthoms have stopped. I'll do your exercise every day that my acid reflux illness don't will come back. God bless you. So, I''ve been doing this exercise for almost a month now.
So far, it still hasn't helped my stomach problem (diagnosed with dyspepsia), but it does help reducing the:
- shoulder blade pain, I no longer need to ball massage my shoulder daily
- lower back pain, at least there is less popping sound everytime I lay flat
- back knee pain, no throbbing pain anymore
I think this exercise really help releasing the blocked energy in the body.
And the sweat from doing this exercise is equal to stretching 30min. Will keep doing this exercise.

All praises be to God. I released gases the moment I did the posture and I felt so relieved. I did it for 10 minutes although I stopped once in the last 3 minutes because it was a bit painful. But then to my surprise, after I relaxed my body physically, I cried like I have been holding things for so long (maybe). So many emotions were felt. Thank you so much, madam. Will surely share this video around. 🙏

I suffer from acid reflux and when I came across this video I decided to give it a try and it works from the first day, burning sensation in my throat disappeared.Amazing thing is that the intensity of the exercise helped me relax and made me calm afterwards . I will make this exercise my daily routine.

This is the first time i did Yoga, i had to admit, I barely passed 5minutes. But I got to say I already felt relief in the first 1 or 2 minutes, it's almost immediate.
I am going to do this everyday until I reach that 10 minutes. Thank you so much for this.

Yes, it is working miraculously. I have less acid reflux and some relief in my chest area. Doing it before bed has resulted in very sound sleep after about 2 years.

My anxiety is gone, bad breathing has decreased, and my digestive system is getting better.

I will update after 10 days.

After doing this just once for 10 min I felt an odd sinking sensation in my abdomen, like a rock dropping. I think my diaphragm released and my stomach moved back to where it’s supposed to be. I have significantly less acid reflux symptoms after 3 years of medication on and off that did not work, painfully restrictive diets and searching down multiple dead ends as to the reason for my relfux…it was stress from a traumatic experience all along holding chronic tension in my diaphragm. Along with the liver meridian clearing exercises, I have found tremendous relief. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!!! I am still shocked and amazed it was such a simple answer after years of suffering.

THANK YOU From my whole heart !! I have gastritis and after trying every supplement and all sorts of meditations for over a year with no help. I was almost hopeless. I am now Pregnant with twins and it became worse and acid reflux was keeping me up all night. I did this exercise before bed and feel good for the first time in a while. I tried this OMG it worked. I was suffering from indigestion which was causing so much pain in my upper abdomen. My ears are slightly inflamed and it released tension there too.

I'm going to do this every time I feel acid rise into my throat. But need to do my part. I need to avoid foods like onions, cooked tomatoes, peppermint, etc. Also need to eat smaller portions before bedtime. These behaviors are a struggle to change. Thanks for posting!

Bad posture can aggravate reflux because it puts pressure on the stomach. Our culture today, with everyone constantly looking down on a phone screen, only makes things worse. Yoga (like for example this video) is the perfect method to improve your posture. i suffer from GERD too, am trying out Yoga and I think it makes a difference after a few days, I already sit up more straight. Wishing you (us) luck with recovery!! Always believe, it will get better!!

This is only 10 minutes routine to make you comfortable and feel better instantly. I do this routine everytime my acid reflux attacking me. Just one time and I feel better for many months even a year. Thank you so so much. God bless you.
