Hmmm in my experience jobs that aren’t open that long means HR already has somebody they hired for that position but by law they have to post it. Also you have to look at the circles on the right, thats the pool of applicants they will pull from first.

Be sure to research how to *properly* write a FEDERAL resume. This will be much different from a regular civilian reaume. Please don’t mess this up or your resume will probably be ignored.

If you do work for a federal job for five years yourself you do get pension you don’t know pension is a salary after you retire you have to be retiring age though
