The Pinkertones, the world's greatest Weezer tribute, are based in Columbus, Ohio, and perform only early Weezer. That includes the first two albums -- the eponymous debut (a/k/a The Blue Album) and Pinkerton -- along with B-sides of that era.

At their 7-9-21 show at Rumba Cafe, they deviated from the Weezer catalog to do Hum's Stars, in memory of Hum drummer Bryan St. Pere, who recently died young and unexpectedy.

Check out my channel for more great music from both originals and cover bands in Columbus; from Sgt. Peppercorn's Marathon, the most amazing one-day Beatles event; and from Abbey Road on the River, the biggest and best Beatles-based music fest ever.

Slow start, recovered nicely. My favorite song of all-time. RIP Bryan.

So... I have to ask. What is the singer playing? That is absolutely not the chords for this song. I mean it doesn't sound bad, but it's also not how Hum played it.
