Wow. I'm going out in the morning fishing the incoming tide and then high tide. Taking a bucket and hoping to catch a bunch of mackerel. Not been catching much surf fishing in North Wales this summer, fingers crossed this will turn the tide so to speak.

Its funny as we have struggled to find many mackerel this year so far. We had east winds at the start of the season which lasted for weeks and seems to have thrown the fishing into disarray here. Everything seams to be very late arriving apart from spider crab which came very early. Nice seeing the mackerel coming from the shore like that.

Awesome video. Here in Greece we call this type of technique "chapaeri" τσαπαρή . But we use it mainly while on the boat. Very effective, but after a while, it gets a bit boring in comparison to LRF. Definitely more interesting than the English-style technique though. Keep on #fishing !!!
