Can you see their LinkedIn Profile?
Can they see your LinkedIn Profile?
Can either of you send the other a message on LinkedIn?

How do marketing companies know when they are blocked? They keep calling, as soon as I block one number, they already know, and they are already calling from a different phone number in the next call. How do they know? Why do they keep harassing?
