Sir, the answer to the 19 questions is option b, c and d.
Because vector a is not always equal to +/- vector b (it is a product of scalar vector say lambda)
; components are proportional if collinear (such that it is equal to lambda)
; option d, as you said

In Q no.19 you contradicted yourself. In option (D) you said that the given condition might be correct but that is not compulsorily correct, so we treat it is as incorrect . But if you put it that way, then it is applicable for option (B) also. Option(B) is also correct but not compulsorily.So it will treated as wrong.

And as for option (C), that is obviously wrong and if you think that is correct, you need to restudy your books once.
