For something that happened 20 years ago with no proof. 20 years have passed. He’s probably a completely different person from who he was then. He’s married now, a father, and 20 years “wiser”. But now he could face life behind bars because of something that may or may not have happened 20 years ago. California at its finest. Will probably let some murderers go early to make room for him in prison. Even if guilty. Life in prison is a bit much.
