‘That ’70s Show’ actor Danny Masterson begins lengthy sentence at North Kern State Prison

Actor Danny Masterson, known for his role in the sitcom “That ‘70s Show,’ was received by the North Kern State Prison on Wednesday, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. (Dec. 27, 2023)

Fact #1) One of his accusers took $400, 000 from him. She spent all that money AND THEN filed a complaint against him AFTER he refused to give her more $$$. Now she's suing him for millions of $$$.

Fact #2) His disgruntled ex testified against him & his character. Riiiight, as if a disgruntled ex would not she's also suing him for millions.

Fact #3) One of his accusers continued to associate with him AFTER the first of multiple, "unwanted" sexual encounters. She is also suing for millions.

Take the money factor out of this situation and Danny Masterson would not be an issue.

I'm still trying to fathom a guilty verdict without substantial physical evidence. If he is guilty, great, but with how this played out, a little bit of money and organization could see anybody sitting in his shoes. Kind of scary.

Why did he get so much time? There are murderers and child molesters that don’t get that kind of time, it doesn’t make sense to me, especially 20 years after the actual incident, what new evidence could have possibly come out sense?

Glad I have no money, that way nobody will come after it. This is totally ridiculous. They let killers go, they let rapists caught on video go, but they put him away with no evidence. Our legal system is broken.

He was convicted on hearsay and why did these people wait so long I don't buy into this crap when it's 10 and 20 years later the guy doesn't belong in jail and I doubt he did what they said they probably wanted to sleep in the movie star and then go their way and before people write some of the comments that they write you should really think about it being accused of crimes that you don't commit
