“That 70s Show” star Danny Masterson was sentenced to 30 years to life after being found guilty of raping two women. Inside the courtroom, Masterson sat stone-faced as his victims addressed the court. One of the women called Masterson "pathetic and disturbed." Another woman called him a “true coward and heartless monster.” Masterson's wife, actress Bijou Phillips, is said to be struggling. Masterson’s attorney says that Masterson denies any wrongdoing and will file an appeal. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.

This whole thing is mind blowing. This guy had it all. It just goes to show you can never really know what goes on in a person's heart, soul, mind.

Hollywood is full of these scumbags. He's not the only one.

All sex offenders should be sentenced to life without parole.

Bizarrely in a that 70s show episode, Hyde (Danny's character) has a job interview. The interviewer asks, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" Danny's character responds "prison" & disturbingly it became prophetic words. Fast forward 25 years or so, & here it is.

I hope this sends the message that nobody, even rich and powerful, can get away with abuse and torture.

I hope this brings awareness of how this behavior has been swept under the rug or even accepted for so long…
Growing up I was told..
”well men can be like that sometimes”
It’s abhorrent and should never be tolerated

I'm still in shock
I still can't believe they actually convicted & sentence him. I thought his sentence would something like 2 or 3 yrs. They really threw the book at him. I'm surprised scientology didn't pull out all the stops.

Imagine being convicted of rape with no physical evidence. Law enforcement has made amazing advances in technology creating a Time Machine to determine he was guilty.

"Forceable rape"? Rape is violence and isn't consensual. Whoever wrote that needs to think about where they learned that phrase.

This whole thing is weird. 20 years? How do you even prove something like that?

He earned his sentence. The Church should be investigated for protecting him and any others that abuse women.

I am conflicted in this case. On one hand, if he in fact was a rapist, then I am glad to see him behind abars. But on the other hand, this case, like many others, did not have any dna or physical evidence. This guy was convicted only using witness testimonies of the victims (as often is the case since dna evidence is hard to obtain most of the time). I am not trying to dispute or undermine real victims of rape, I am just trying to highlight that victims of false rape charges do exist as well. But it's been decided that he's guilty so that's what we'll go with for now unless/until more evidence says otherwise.

Those women defending him should be ashamed.

Does anyone know what evidence was presented to convict him, coz without that its "he said, she said"
